• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or refunded.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.
